Multitop UV FR

Pandser Multitop UV FR is a waterproof vapour-open and fire-retardant membrane.

Pandser Multitop UV FR is a waterproof vapour-open and fire-retardant membrane composed of a high-strength polyester spider fibre with a special, black vapour-open polyurethane coating, which provides long-term protection to the underlying structure against UV loading behind partially open façade structures.

Characteristics of Multitop UV FR

Facade membrane, suitable for open facade constructions up to 50 mm
Fire-retardant, fire class B-s1, d0 according to Euroclass EN 13501-1
Suitable for tile roofs that do not close exactly (e.g. old Dutch tiles)

Processing

Roof tile application with stainless steel staples
Maintain a horizontal overlap of at least 150 mm
Seal overlaps with Pandser Multitop UV tape
Between the cladding and foil min. 20 mm space
Apply butyl tape or nail sealing tape under the tenon
